Entered Number should be separated by commas immediately on click of mouse or keypress of tab to next field in tempo page

Question

Hi Team, 
 I have a query on the following issue in the UI form: 
 1) I have a text field where I enter a number and it should be separated by commas ( So I have substitute(fixed(ri!number, 0, false), ",", ",")),function to do this.. 
 2) Now I want this to be shown in the tempo when I enter the number and move to next field by "keypress" of tab or mouse click.
