Making the interface form Read only!!

Question

Hi Team, 
 
 I have a requirement where on click of submit button, task is been generated but when I open the task for further action, the complete form should be as "Read only" and then from there further actions will be taken. 
 I'm able to make a particular section " Read only" But not the whole form??? 
 Any suggestions plz..

Yes. Please pass readOnly values as parameters(rule inputs) to the form. 
Let us say, for example I have form as below... 
 a!formLayout( 
firstColumnContents:{ 
a!textFiled( 
label:"hi", 
value:.., 
saveInto:..., 
readOnly:ri!bool_readOnly 
)} 
buttons..... 
)

Here, while mapping the form as task form in PM, pass false() to bool_readOnly for the first user, and for the second user pass true() to bool_readOnly..

When you are going from one task to other, use the same UI. But keep an input variable of Boolean Type. Since each field in SAIL form has an attribute of Readonly. Map this input variable to all the fields. Now depending upon the value of input boolean variable your form will become Editable/Read Only.
