Issues on Portal Dashboards after adding MS Patches

Hi All,

We were installing following patches in our Dev Environment

MS KB2269637: Insecure Library Loading Could Allow Remote Code Execution

MS15-124: Cumulative Security Update for Internet Explorer (3116180)

After adding those two patches when we rebooted the servers, Most of the information/expression from our Portal Dashboard got wiped out.  While looking into logs, we saw the following error which we had not seen earlier

Has anyone encountered same Issue or know about why these patches wiped out dashboard?
