Related Actions remaining active after leaving dashboard?

Hi All,

We have recently upgraded to 17.2 and noticed that even after pressing a related action and navigating to a separate form, the full list of related actions on the dashboard remain available as buttons on the top of the interface. As a result the user can click on the same(or different) related action multiple times causing conflicts in data and overwriting work. Is there a specific configuration needed to accommodate the 17.2 upgrade in order to remove these related actions from visibility? We already have role-based visibility configured and only faced this issue post 17.2 upgrade.

    When you initiate a related action does the "Related Action" tab get highlighted in the sub-menu? I may not be correct and it may not be helpful to you, but I think your process model is getting terminated immediately after instantiation. Any quick task issue. Are you able to see the process instance status under the "Processes" tab of "Runtime Data" view and does everything look okay there with the instances?
