Looking to take the inputs from one grid and place them in another form

Hi everyone,

I have a grid on one form that has numerous data fields. I am looking to take this same grid/data fields and display the grid in another form as a summary. I currently have the same grid that was called in the first form displayed (with no data). In order to display the data, would I need to have rule inputs called the data from the first form?
