Issue with the file upload if the size exceed 28.5MB

I am in appian 17.1. I have created test pdf file using powershell.

When I upload file size <= 28.4MB, Appian uploaded the file successfully

But when I upload file size >29MP, Appian trying to upload the file (ie i can see the progress bar) but actually is not uploading the file and not giving any error message as well.

Any suggestion?

Hi, It seems we can upload file like less than 1GB size. are you uploading into folder? Please refer file upload more:

AFAIK Please check the log file what exactly returning error and check custom property file for what is the file upload limit [Default 1 GB]

Check the value of property in custom.properties file. (default to 1GB value).
resources.appian.ac.collaboration.MAX_UPLOAD_FILE_SIZE

What exceptions if any do the logs show when trying to do this?

Check the configuration/properties on Custom.properties file. Ideally it should give an error if the size is configured. It could also be an environment slowness or the type of file formats.

Hi, No I have checked the logs. There is no exception log. I have checked the limitation its default means 1GB. But I can not upload the file size above 28.5MB. It is the same case for other team as well.
