We are facing a responsive display issue after upgrading to 17.3 in our Site component. At 1024*768 resolution We are getting tabs at the bottom of the browser and user image at the left upper corner , which resemble similar to a mobile view, please find the below first image
I tried to debug in Crome developer tools and when I increase the resolution by 1 pixel to 1025 *768 it comes properly at the top.Please find the second image.
Please let me know , if it's a responsive design issue come up in 17.3 or there is some design change we need to implement to fix the issue.

I'm not sure 1024*768 can be considered the standard desktop resolution these days (see here) - though I guess it may be the corporate standard.
Regardless, I'd suggest you raise an appian support case as I'm pretty sure this was done deliberately.
