How can we change the Default Date format of Date input fields in Appian Form. B

Hi Tarun,
It depends on the primary language in Internationalization setting under System tab.

If you want this done globally, you change the default date format as suggested by @Siva above. If you want this customized per user, then enable en_GB and en_US as the langages. This will allow user to change their default language on their profile. This will allow users to select the format they want to see.
