Prompt Popups in Appian Forms

Is there any way to show a prompt popup to the user in appian forms?...

This works for tasks opened in the Apps Portal forum.appian.com/.../Submit_Button

For mobile enabled forms maybe you could mimic this through activity chaining, instead of a pop-up the user will see the information in the next form after submitting the first one.
