Displaying of video on mobile device

Hello,

I have a video uploaded in Appian as a document. When I display it in a!videoField() and on PC it works. But on mobile it is not displayed, instead showing black screen.

The video source is a link to an Appian object.

Any thoughts?

Hi Martin,
Is there any chance that you are just referring the file component from pv only, instead of persisted in folder.
We have seen similar issue, and persisting the document resolved the same.

Hi,
no, that is not the case here. I am referring the file with link copied from old Appian Designer Interface.
