We had a requirement where need to add the link that is provided in an email asking for acceptance in a report. So using a task id , added a new hyperlink in the report (grid) as a new column so that user will be able to accept/reassign from the repot. But when the user click on “accept/re-assign” from the open task column,he do not get the bar at the top to accept or re-assign. attached an example of what user can see, and he can’t do anything with it. Actually , through the workflow ,we had assigned this particular task to one of the specified role (i.e. to specified group).Our requirement is , able to access by all the users specified with that role.
When I made that user as admin, he will be able to see Accept/Re-assign menu bar in the top and perform them perfectly.
Not sure what's the issue. Following up with Support team as well.
I have verified re-assignment priviliges and process model security aswell.That group has viewer rights.
Would be great if anyone help us on this issue.

User can accept/reassign a task only if he is one of the assignees or he should have Manager or Editor or Administrator access to the process instance. If you try with the user who has an viewer access to the process model and is not part of the task assignees list, then the user will not see Accept/Re-assign menu bar.
