Records - Search fields on the left

Hello, 
 I was watching some of the Academy eLearning videos and came across one about Records. I've attached an image from a record using the feed view and the search filters on the left. 
 Was this layout option removed? I can't seem to design a record with this layout. 
 I'm using Appian 17.4.

Hi Alexandre Costa - The eLearning you are viewing is from an old version of Appian. The user filters were moved from the left pane to the top of the page in a prior version of Appian (I do not recall the exact version where the filters were moved). But as Logupriya mentioned, this is not configurable.

This was changed in 17.1. See the Release Notes for more detail: docs.appian.com/.../Appian_Release_Notes.html
