We physically moved the app servers from one center to another. Host name and IP address slightly changed after the server movement. We were able to bring up the servers. We just changed custom.properties , toplogy.xml with the new host name. We did not change anything related to IP from Appian side. we are using Appian 16. Environment is acting weirdly after the movement.

We are facing multiple issues after we moved the servers.

1. /suite/designer is not loading. Browser just shows empty page and keeps on loading.

2. /suite/designer loads sometimes. In the process tab, if I hit any process, it's not showing any screen. Its just shows process tab with all the list of process.

3. Even if the process opens a tab which shows tabs like process details, delete, edit process, monitor process , security, process model dashboard e.tc. If I hit on any of the tab, its just opens up a empty window which keeps on loading. For example if hit the monitor process, a blank page will be open up which keeps on loading.

So, are we missing any settings/configurations after the server movement ? Servers were just moved and files were copied in appropriate folders/drives.  We installed new license and changed host names in custom.properties , toplogy.xml. That's it. We did not changed anything apart from this
