How to use cascading drop downs in portal forms

Hi all,

I want to have cascading drop downs in portal form where based on the selection of first drop down values will be fetched in second drop down. Please help.

    As Mike mentioned, utilizing the modern out of the box features in SAIL would be the best implementation design. If you are on an older version of Appian with a legacy app that hasn't been upgraded, you would need to utilize JavaScript to achieve cascading drop downs. You may find some old threads on it, but there won't be anything in the product documentation as that functionality was overtaken by SAIL some time ago.
