Change to how processes work within interfaces?

Hi,

We have an interface that displays a grid with both data and links which perform separate functions. The links are "process links" and call a separate processes to display different interfaces. In the 18.1 release when a user "linked to" the different interface and either clicked a "back" button or "save" the screen would refresh taking the user back to the "parent" screen. Now it seems in the 18.2 release the user needs to refresh the browser once in order for the screen to be refreshed (ever). Once F5 is hit providing the user stays on the parent screen, they do not need to hit F5 again. The screen automatically refreshes as expected. Note that the screens do function fine, they just don't refresh. We have "chained" all of the connectors within the process. Any ideas? Thanks!
