can we make a text column in Paging grid a link based on a particulat value type

You can use the links property in a!gridTextColumn(). Add an if() condition that returns a dynamicLink() or recordLink() based on whether the value in that column equals "12345" or not.

Thanks my if() condition was not working properly earlier, because of looping to get the record id, it is fixed now.
