How to suppress or avoid "Are you sure you want to leave" Message from web page dialog for Fitnesse automation scripts?

Hi there,

This dialog comes up when we click on any search result link eg;“Product Master Record” in the search page for Vehicle and Offering on Product Master Workflow, an Appian application.

This is blocking us from executing our Fitnesse test scripts for this part. Is there any work around or a solution to avoid this dialog?
