How can I link a paging grid row of a task to the respective record dashboard?

Hi All, 
 I have a requirement where a user can click on a specif request id (in paging grid) from a user input task of process model to see the summary of in-progress requests. The paging grid link should navigate to that specific record summary view of request id. I have already a created an Entity backed record for all requests. Thank you.

 Please use a!toRecordIdentifier ( recordType , identifier ) 
 recordType: constant pointing to the Record 
 identifier: primary key

Note: Verify that the "id" column of your CDT is the primary key for the table.
