Accessing Portal Forms in Sites

Hi, 
 
 We have a application which users were using via tempo. We have to move that to sites without touching process models and rest of the code. 
 
 But in few of the related actions, there are tasks using portal forms. those related actions are not working in sites while working in tempo. 
 
 Is there any way to use portal forms in sites?

The best solution I've found is to use a safeLink to open portal tasks in a new tab. You can use the below code to construct the task link:
