Level2 Escalation is not triggered when task is assigned back to group after first time level2 escalation is triggered.

Hi All,

I have a specific scenario of escalations in a user input task  and i will explain that in below points.

1. I have a user input task assigned to a group X.

2. I have 2 escalations in my user input task.

3. In my level 1 escalation timer is waiting for 10 mins before to send the recurring emails which is set at a duration of 12 mins each .

4. I have my level2 escalation where the timer is waiting for 30 mins and if nobody does anything on it the task is assigned to group back.

5. Now when task is again assigned to group back somebody accepts the task and does not perform any action on it.

6. In this case reminder emails are sent after every 12 mins but now the task is not reassigned to group anytime.

7. The user who accepted the task is getting reminder emails still .

Can somebody please provide pointers for this kind of behaviour.
