How do you get paragraph field to always have the expand capabilities? Where a user can grab the bottom right corner and drag to resize the input area. Is it a specific size i have to use between short, medium or long or what? It really is haphazard as to when this functionality show up in our forms....

That feature is browser dependent, and is available with Firefox and Chrome, but not Internet Explorer.

To expand on the previous comment, The text area has a reize css property that is currently only supported by a few browsers. Please refer to this link for more details

Mike, the resize property is a feature of CSS3. This is likely not supported based on the following statement from Microsoft:
" It is important to remember that many CSS3 modules are still in the Working Draft or Last Call stages. Until they reach the Candidate Recommendation stage, they could change significantly."
