I have a process model 'A' which takes email id (using email recipient) as input at process start form with some other text inputs.
This process is working fine while debugging.
But when I place this process on the Instance Dashboard of an another process 'B'. So, while placing the channel on the Dashboard, I configured some of the parameter to be filled from the instance dashboard directly (datatype: text).
Now the Process'A' works well if I fills the correct Email Id. But if I enter a wrong email id (eg: 'abc' or 'xyz'), the screen hangs and does not gives error saying (the field expect an email id).
But if I don't pass any variable from the instance dashboard during configuration of channel, then it works fine.

Am I doing something wrong?
And how to pass the variables to the start form then?...
