How to create dynamic tabs on a form...

In one screen, user is able to select multiple records for editing (Paging grid is used here)...after that the user will get a screen where he would be editing those records.. At a time the user wants to see only 10 records for editing, so in one tab we will have max 10 records...let say if user selects 55 records, then he will have 6 tabs.

to achieve this, I want to generate tab dynamically.
