When a user right clicks a task (from a task report), they see 'Add note'

When configuring the form on the node properties, there are checkboxes a designer can use to enable the display of tasks and attachments.

Keep in mind that we discourage the use of process and task notes and attachments. Once the task is completed or the process archives, the tasks and attachments are no longer accessible. Instead, we recommend that users utilize Tempo for notes and/or designers allow users to enter notes and upload documents via the File Upload form component.
