How can I implement a "Save & Exit" fucntionality for my forms? Usecase is the users would want to save their current work and resume on it later. Can this be achived without javascript?...

What version are you on? Can hey utilize the Save Changes that shows in Tempo on the left for user input tasks?
Otherwise, create a button that goes to a gateway and loops back to the form with the default values populated.

Christine, Yes save would work that way, but I need to take the user back to the home page(task list page) once he clicks on Save and Exit. He should then be able to resume the saved task from his task list

If you do not chain, the task will end back up in their task list. I apologize if I am missing something.
