We have a file upload component on a SAIL Form which seems to be timing out for users in APAC region who are uploading files greater than 7MB, but it works fine for files less than 2MB. We don't see this problem from users in US or EMEA region.
We traced the call on the browser & saw the call times out in 28-30 odd seconds. Please let me know if anyone has some leads into this issue.
Thanks

Did you test in different browsers, and if not, could you try it and see if the behavior is any different? My guess is that this might fall onto some combination between browser behavior and slow internet speeds, so it would be useful to at least rule out specific browsers as the culprit.
We verified both chrome & IE Schmitt, for both of these browsers we are seeing the same issue, also the users are within the bank network so network speeds are pretty descent.
Thanks for verifying - out of curiosity, are they behind a particularly strong firewall? That's the next most likely thing I can think of. That being said, it might be best to open a support case with Appian to get some official input on this.
The only reason am not thinking its a firewall Schmitt is due to the fact that 2mb files are getting successful, it should either be all or none right, In any case thanks for looking into this, I have raised a support ticket for this.

Is your Appian On-Premise or Cloud?
If it is an On-Premise and you have a different web server for APAC region, see if there are any document file upload size limitations applied on the Web server.
