Hi,
Is it possible to expose the members of a group to a drop down list in a form?
For example, I have a group with multiple members, the membership of the group will be administrated by the process owner so they can add and remove users on the portal dashboard. The members of that group then need to shown in a dropdown list on a form so that users can select that user.
Thanks,
Ben.

Have you tried using the getdistinctusers() function over a constant that holds your group?

getdistinctusers(topeople({cons!GroupName}))
cons!GroupName data type should be 'Group' and add the desire group to the constant value.

Hi,
Is there a way to show the lastname, firstname instead of the username?

You can create a rule that returns =user(ri!user,"lastname")&", "&user(ri!user,"firstname")
Then run the apply() function over this rule, using the list returned by getdistinctusers.

Thanks for the response jasonr411. So, if I put that in an expression rule called "getUserLastNameandFirstName" and I have my other rule where I grabbed the distinct users of a particular group, would my statement be something like this?
apply(rule!getUserLastNameandFirstName, rule!getGroupMembers())
