We would like to change profile cover photo for all our user with a default company image. Whenever newly created user logged in he/she will experience company's default cover image at profile section. Is there a way to update profile's cover photo either at admin or process level?

There is a plug-in available in the App Market:

Contains the Update User Profile Picture Smart Service which will handle the initial creation of a profile picture for a user as well as profile picture updates.
There is also a Function, getprofilepictureforuser(), for retrieving a user profile picture for a specified user. It returns null if no profile picture has been uploaded.
Thanks Stewart. I already tried said plug-in. But I am looking for modifying "Cover Photo", unfortunately this feature is not available in this plug-in.
I assume husaina0001 is after the "cover photo" (i.e. the "banner" type photo), as opposed to the profile picture which that plug-in handles... Unfortunately if that plug-in doesn't do it, I don't think there's any other procedural way to accomplish this other than to develop a new plug-in (or find the original author of the existing one and beg them to add Cover Photo functionality...)
