The task notification email contains a link for the user to click to take them to the task. The problem is that the link takes them to the Tempo version of the application rather than the Sites version which confuses the users because it looks different. Is there a way to edit the link so that it goes to the Sites version every time?

You have to change the user start page to direct the user to a site: https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/latest/Sites.html#task-notifications
Once you update the start page, the user will be directed to the site instead of Tempo. Once they complete the task, it returns them to the default page on the site.
When I add a comment on the system event in news , I receive a notification with link to News entry to Tempo like below
https://cloud.com/suite/tempo/news/entry/x-465
Can this be redirected to Site Records News tab
https://cloud.com/suite/sites/mwire/page/actions/record/xxxxxxx
Hi Baskare,
We are also looking to accomplish the same result with directing users to a custom site from an email link. Were you able to achieve this behavior?
Thanks,
