I was wondering if it is possible to upload a zip file in UI, and when the document is uploaded I want it to search the ZIP file folders and delete some subfolders if they are found. For example:
Pacakge1.zip >> content >> folder1, folder2, folder3, xml file, xml file etc..
I want it to go into the subfolder "content" and see if there are folders in there, if so it will delete them. In this case, it will delete folder1, folder2, folder3 and leave anything else.

I'd guess you might be able to fufill this need by using one plug-in (like "advanced unzipper") to extract all contents of a zip file to a new/temp folder in the local Appian system, then another plugin ("add documents to zip" or "document zipper" perhaps) to add the folders/files you want to keep to a new .zip package.
So my process model starts by extracting the content, is there a way I can limit what gets extracted?
It sort of depends on what functionality that particular plug-in provides, which I haven't personally explored. My original thinking though was that you might need to simply unzip everything, delete the things you don't want, then create the new zip file out of the resulting files/folders.
