Hi,
I am trying to start a process model within the interface. Here is the code:
a!linkField( links: { a!startProcessLink( label: "Send Excel Report", processModel: cons!EXPORT_PROCESS_REPORT_PM, processParameters: { docName: "Test", reportChoice: cons!MP_MY_TASKS_REPORT }, bannerMessage: "report done" ) })
When i click on the link, i get error saying "The process does not exist, has been deleted, or you do not have permission to start it.". I checked the process model security, it has permissions for all users and i tried as admin also. Still same error. But i am able to launch the process from outside of the Tempo interface with no issues.
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Meena

When you say you are able to launch the process from outside of Tempo, do you mean in the first place you are trying from within the interface, like while Testing the interface on Interface object?
I am able to launch the process model in "Design" i.e. suite/design . But when i try within the SAIL interface with the code above, it gives an error.
Just a guess, but your constant is called "EXPORT_PROCESS_REPORT_PM" - are you sure you are referencing the process model and not a process report? Also, have you published your process?
Yes, i have published the process model and also constant points to the process model :-)
Solved! When i tested the interface within design/expression mode, it throws an error. But if i test it through Reports, it works fine and process was launched successfully. Thanks Harsha and Peter for looking into the post :-)
