There is possible to change Time field format on process form, from default "h:mm a" change to "hh:mm" ? In default the time field format is 1:00 PM, 1:30 PM, etc. I want to change the format to : 01:00, 01:30,.... 13:00,13:30, etc. Thank you before....

No I don't think this is possible. In addition I believe it is tied to the users selected internationalization setting.
