Hi,
Is it possible to create a site landing page like a one stop shop that will not only link to the processes of a main application, but also link to other Appian applications?
For example, if in my main application I can perform some basic HR tasks (time entering, benefits, etc.), on the landing page, I also would like to have a link to IT tech support app. It is understood that the user would need to have access to the other applications as well.
Can you direct me on how this can be done or some existing recipes?
Thanks,
Roberta

This is pretty simple to do, depending on how specific your requirements are. All you really need to do is store the URL for other sites you want a user to be able to access, and display that in a SafeLink on your "landing page" site. You can use on-form logic of whatever sort you deem necessary to control which users have access to which additional applications/sites.
Thank you, Mike. I will try that.
I'd also suggest looking at the landing page templates in the interface designer. It may not be exactly what you need, but it helps to give some good ideas!
We have implemented something similar for internal use in Appian. Here is the link to the datasheet for the centralized application (that also allows linking into other applications). https://www.appian.com/wp-content/uploads/2019/12/ARC-datasheet.pdf
For linking into the external apps, you can save the external urls in the database along with a tag to call these out as external apps.
Thanks.
Thank you, Noah, for sharing. This is great!
Thank you, Peter. This template was the starting point for my question.
