Is there a way I can crate a link to a site page containing a list of records form another site page.
I looked around but dit not seem to find a solution for this.
My use-case is the following:
I want to create a Dashboard page. In this page a user has buttons with links to other pages. The pages I want wo show can be both report pages as record list pages form a site.
The only way I can find is to use a!safalink, but this will open in a new tab and that is not desired.
Discussion posts and replies are publicly visible
alternatively we can design and include them as reports with record links navigation
Hi saravanarajanj,
Thanks for your reply.
I do not think I fully understand you.
My Dashboad page is a report in this page I want to include a link to a different page in my site containing a list of records. I do not want to link to an indivitual records, but to the list of rectos in a different page.
I create create a a!safelink to point to this url: suite/sites/contracts/page/suppliers (where "contracts" is my site and "suppliers" is the page I want to link to)
Similar to saravanarajanj's comment, you can create a report object which uses an interface you create and then on your site interface use a!reportLink which will navigate the user to the report you created without leaving the tab.

Thanks for your reply,
This is a good workaround, but still it would be nicer if it would just be possible to create a link to a page on a site. (or extend the safeLinkt with an option to open in same windew)
Just a small reply in case someone reads this post in the future. As of Appian 21.3 this functionality is embedded in a!saveLink().You can now choose to open a link in the same tab.
