Is it possible for me to put the quick tasks in Tempo? For example, I submitted an application and post message to the tempo and I need to cancel the application on demand.

While I don't believe it's possible to render quick tasks in the Tempo event stream, you could create a process (and associated Tempo action) which sends a message to the running process instance and initiates a flow to cancel the process.
