I want to pass a value of type kc in interface. There is no picker or browser for kc nor input field. How to do it?

You can use the Document and Folder browser component https://docs.appian.com/suite/help/20.2/Document_and_Folder_Browser_Component.html
Simply make a constant pointing to you Knowledge Center and then the browser will show all folders and documents. Use rule inputs or local variables to store the selected document or folder.
