How can we send a Grid data of an interface through an email notification

Hi Team, 
 I'm having an interface " ABC " with the rule input of user type (where I'm passing email address) . 
 The interface contains the read only Grid. I want to send that grid in an email (in the email body i should get that Grid). 
 Can this possible...??
