That's not really possible in the regular checkbox field component. As a potential workaround, I'd suggest you consider making a "fake" checkbox field using a grid (either style would work but editable might be a touch easier), with selections enabled and using rich text for your column labels, wherein you'd be able to add links to whichever ones you need.
