Display issues in Interface after upgrading to Appian version 20.3 with Hotfix A

Hello,

We are seeing issues in Appian interface after upgrading to Appian version 20.3 with Hotfix A. When I add a new Text field to the existing interface, the new text field is not getting displayed in the Tempo Interface. But, I can see the new changes in the Designer Preview though. Any one seeing such issues after upgrading to v20.3?

Another issue I noticed in this Appian Community page while posting my question - Page disappears and becomes White after clicking on 'Tags' textbox! Getting following Error popup and quickly disappears after clicking on 'Tags'
