Hi,
We are using RecordType grids for many interfaces, but for some others we choose to use only standard readonly grids for many reasons.
1/ Could you tell me how can I add the same MultipleDrowdown that the one in RecordType (I mean the label position is INSIDE the component, not ABOVE neither JUSTIFIED...) ?2/ Is there any way to add a Search box component (the same that the RecordType one) for my standard readonly grid ?

For your standard read-only grids, you will need to create both the search box and dropdowns manually. Why are you choosing to not use record type data with your grid?
Danny, how would you create this dropdown ?you would start with the java code implementation? because with standard Appian component, I don't see how to add a Label inside a Dropdown. To reply to your question, we have a lot of standard grids we choose to leave as it (on Appian cloud, the RecordType grids are very loud, and dynamic manulpulation easier with standard grids)
For whatever reason, the style of dropdown as seen in Record filters is not available for use on a SAIL form, in any way that I'm aware of.
Yes Mike, it is unfortunately why I was afraid :-/ but thank you...
