Is there a way to create an anchor link to a section of the same page in Appian ?
A link that would work like a basic anchor link in html, for instance : <a href="#mySection">Go to mySection</a>
I cannot seem to find it, whereas it's a very simple thing to do in html...

The short answer is "no".
The longer answer is that Appian intentionally obfuscates such detailed i.e. html-level functionality on its forms. I'd suggest a better way of doing what you're asking for here might be to create one interface that's just a list of links for sub-"sections", then clicking any of those just loads a different interface. It really depends on your particular use case.
