Is there any way to disable default Appian task reassign feature when you click on task with process task link?

That's controlled in the Task Assignment configuration, under "set reassignment privileges". I should also point out that even if a task is set to have "none" for reassignment privileges, if you open the task using a user account that's set up as an Administrator, you'll still see the reassignment buttons - but a basic user wouldn't.
Thanks Mike for the answer, but I had already set "none" for the reassignment privileges, still it is showing the reassign button. The user type is basic too. Let me check again if anything is missed.
A few additional things to check:
Adding: That user must not be in the process manager role.
Thanks all for your replies. I have one more query related to that. In the same flow we are showing, the tasks assigned to users through task report. The admin users are able to see tasks of all users but the basic user is only able to see the task assigned to him. Is there any way through which basic users can see all tasks?
Believe you will just need to set the basic users as 'Viewer' permissions on the process model. Are they setup as 'Initiator' currently?
