After upgrade to 7.4 certain users where experiencing an error in the Tempo interface (not Designer). See the attachment for the displayed error. It has been found that clearing your browser cache as detailed in
forum.appian.com/.../e-86193
will resolve the problem.

I would recommend reviewing the cache settings on app/web servers. There are settings to have end user browsers to automatically check for updated content.
