Is there a way to set the default start-up screen in Tempo to a tab other than N

Is there a way to set the default start-up screen in Tempo to a tab other than News? Ideally, once logged in, we would like one user group to be defaulted to the Actions tab and another group of users be defaulted to the Tasks tab....
