I have a form with three buttons 1. Manage Document(value to save-Manage Document) 2. Reject(value to save-Reject) 3. Approve(value to save-Approve). On clicking any button the value is saved as "manage documents", but this value is not given in any of the button value in the form designer. On exporting and checking the .aff file the default value of the button seems to be "manage documents". ...

Set the "value to save" as you have done, but you need to create a "Save Value As" variable, i.e. btnChoice, then set all 3 button's "Save Value As",to this variable. In the outputs check the ac!btnChoice value to determine which button the user selected.
