I have a form with three buttons 1. Manage Document(value to save-Manage Document) 2. Reject(value to save-Reject) 3. Approve(value to save-Approve). On clicking any button the value is saved as "manage documents", but this value is not given in any of the button value in the form designer. On exporting and checking the .aff file the default value of the button seems to be "manage documents". ...

Please check the default value of the pv!buttonValue.
Also you must save the acp!buttonValue to pv!buttonValue.
