Hello All,
Few users are facing issues currently on different interfaces and they come up with identifiers to find the resolution. When I checked the system log, I found that design_error.csv file is not generated since nov-9. Does anybody knows why its not getting generated? or is there a way to generate it?

1) Yes, I was searching with the correct name. i mistakenly wrote wrong name in the question and that is why I said I'm able to see the log of Nov-9
2) Its on Cloud
3) Yes its specific to one environment. As the log is available for Nov-9, We didn't had anything happened in between 9th to yet
Then I would recommend creating a support ticket with the Appian team so that they can help.
