I want to have the gridcolumn header fixed while scrolling down. while scroling down grid header automatically goes up but want something like excel. I've suggested clients to restrict the paging to small number but they dont want that, they want excel like feature
An editable grid where you an scroll the columns but leave the first one frozen (like you can in Excel).

Out of curiosity did you try setting the HEIGHT parameter to short, medium, or tall? Per the documentation, the header is frozen when this is done; i'm not sure how close this comes to satisfying your use case (it only affects on-grid scrolling, not page scrolling), but might be worth looking into.
