I want to create a rich text button in a interface that open a another interface when triggered. I tried with link parameter with a!dynamiclink() but it say it need all the rule input mapping from the interface that I want to link.my case opening interface have some rule output so rule input mapping may no need for opening interface. Is there any method to do my task

You can map the interface in a process model and then use startProcessLink instead of the dynamicLink.
yes, But requirement is non closing interface .startprocesslink() is closing after every time after submission
I am not really sure what you want to achieve. The name "rule input" might be a bit misleading for new Appian practitioners. These parameters are actually input and output. Think of them like sharing a reference to a variable existing in the parent interface.
