Hello everyone, Is there a way to make a JSP form mobile on Appian???

Using the Appian form builder and supported components gives you mobile and web forms without programming. Custom jsps isn't our intent.

Can we make some of the fields on Mobile form as clickable meaning if you have a phone number then user can click on the number and it is dialed. Similar case for emails. Can we achieve these requirements?

You can try embedded interface, and you can load appian web component there using <script> tag.
